Refund and Return Policy

At Natural Health Mart, we provide high-quality natural health products and homeopathic remedies. To ensure the safety and protection of all our clients, we have established the following policy for both in-store and online purchases.

1. Final Sale Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of health products and our strict safety standards, all sales are final. For the safety of our customers, we do not allow returns or refunds once a product has been sold or shipped.

2. Exceptions (Damaged or Defective Items)

Returns or refunds are only permitted if:
 
  • The product has a broken or compromised safety seal.
  • The product is in bad condition (e.g., leaking, crushed, or expired).

3. In-Store Purchases

Customers are required to inspect all items before leaving the store. Once an item leaves the premises, we can no longer guarantee its storage conditions; therefore, no returns will be accepted after you have left the shop.

4. Online Purchases

For items delivered via mail or courier:
 
  • Reporting Period: You must report any damaged items or broken seals within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Proof of Damage: Please take a photo of the damaged item and the shipping packaging as received.
  • Verification: Refunds or replacements for online orders will only be processed once we verify the defect. We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or shipping delays.

5. Reason for This Policy

To protect our clients, we maintain a closed-loop supply chain. By refusing returns on health products, we guarantee that every item you purchase from us has never been tampered with or stored in an unsafe environment.
