Plaster and poultice: apply clay directly to the skin in a 1 to 2 cm layer, leave on for 1 to 2 hours maximum. Or apply clay with a thin cloth. Place the clay paste in the center of the cloth to a thickness of 2 cm, fold the 4 corners of the cloth and apply the plaster directly to the desired area. In both cases, remove as much clay as possible and rinse with lukewarm water.

Face mask: apply a thick layer and leave on for 10 minutes. Clay comes to life in contact with water: to preserve its virtues, moisten as much as necessary. Rinse with lukewarm water. Apply Argiletz cream.
